Yes - dealerships can send title work directly to our office. We are an authorized agent who can receive and accept title work from dealerships. We register and title vehicles for Montana Residents, LLCs, and Corporations.

Can you process registrations for residents?

Yes! We can process registrations for Montana residents, and can ship plates to any county in Montana. You do not have to live in Helena to use our services!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards (3% surcharge), debit cards or checks for payment methods.

Does Montana Title Pros only register vehicles in Lewis and Clark County?

Accepted Answer

No! We can register vehicles for LLCs and Corporations to any Montana county. You don't have to live in Helena to use our services!

Where should I send vehicle titles?

Accepted Answer

Individuals - Dealership Sale: The dealership will mail your title work to our office, and we will then reach out to schedule an appointment.

Individuals - Private Party Sale: Request an appointment online and upload title work in our booking form.

Registered Agents: Title work can be shipped or dropped off in person at Montana Title Pros - 415 North Benton Ave, Helena, MT 59601

Will you be able to process sponsored or personalized plate requests?

Accepted Answer

We can process sponsored and personalized plate requests. We will keep an inventory of some popular sponsored plates in the office. If we do not have the requested sponsored plate in the office, we will issue a plate order, and it will be shipped to your address.

Question 7

What standard plates will be available?

Accepted Answer

We issue the Centennial Plate if no sponsored plate is requested.
